In recent years, China’s tourism has been developed greatly, but the tourism commodityhas lagged because it couldn’t satisfy the domestic and abroad tourists’ need.This problemhas greatly affected the economic efficiency of Chinese tourism, and taken the tourismcommodity became the focus of the tourism researchers, enterprises and government.Especially for the remote ethnic minority areas, the tourism industry has become the pillarindustries of many ethnic minority areas, and played an important role on changing the wayof economic development in national regions and realizing the sustainable development.However, tourism industry gets great development in national regions at this stage, but thetourist commodities development is still at the lag status for a long time. Such ashomogeneity of tourism product, poor tourist shopping facilities and so on. Therefore, itneeds to explore the new way and strategy to develop the tourism commodity of nationalregions. Currently creative industries is the most robust development momentum in theindustry, as ethnic minority areas have rich and colorful cultural resources,so the key todevelopment of tourism products is putting these characteristics into the development oftourism commodities through creativity.The purpose of this document is using the perspective of culture creativity to discuss thedevelopment of ethnic region tourism commodity taking Enshi Tujia and Miao AutonomousPrefecture for example. Firstly, this paper carries on the analysis of present related research ofthe domestic and foreign tourist commodity’s and cultural creative industries. At the sametime discuss the definition and classification of tourism commodity, the characteristics ofcultural creative and the support for cultural creative theory to the development of touristcommodities. Then carries on the questionnaire survey among the local tourists and relevantpersonnel In Enshi. On the basis of the questionnaire, look for the problems of Enshi tourismcommodity development. Finally, combined with the natural and cultural resourcesconditions of Enshi, divide then into three categories to develop from the angle of culturalcreativity: landscape resources, ecological resources and folk culture. And at last give a seriesof development proposals in product’s design and marketing based on cultural creative.
