Nearly twenty years, the rapid development of urban construction led to the production of traditional decoration materials industries- tile industry growth and expansion. The current productivity of the ceramic tile industry has become saturated; our tile businesses inevitably face brutal "survival of the fittest" realistic.if ceramic tile production enterprises want to occupy the market position, it is not enough to product itself competitive forces alone,Want`s more, adjustment and improvement of marketing strategy is ceramic tile key enterprises to be succeed in the market.Champion Tile Company is one of the large tile enterprises with research and development, production and sales. In recent years, its output and market share is declining, relatively speaking.As the research object, this article is based on the Champion group, with its marketing strategy as the research content; From the present situation and development trend of the domestic tile industry background, combining the development history of Champion group,product and marketing status, analysis of Champion group marketing environment.the analysis of Champion group's strengths,weaknesses, opportunities and threats of SWOT strategy;determining the enterprise should choose target market and product positioning through the STP; Pointing out that strategy success and failure by the theory of "4ps", thus put forward the problems and causes of the company's marketing.Finally, on the basis of their own to master the marketing management theory, USES the many kindsof analysis methods, refer to the related literature of marketing strategy at the same time,discussing the existing problems and then make suggestions of development strategy and marketing strategy for the Champion group.In this paper,we hope to establish champions ceramic tile brand high-end market position, strive to improve our marketing management level and provide reference for the establishment of marketing strategy for ceramic tile industry by basing on the research of the Champion group marketing strategy, and putting forward constructive Suggestions.
