Software companies tend to focus on the technological content of their products, which leads to the phenomenon of the existence of "heavy technology, light marketing".This leads to the phenomenon that enterprise marketing goal is not clear, the marketing activities carried out blindly and disorderly, which will further influence the production and management activities of enterprises. Therefore, as a new established software company, Spatio Temporal Info Co. Ltd should be aware of the importance of marketing strategy, and the important role of enterprise marketing strategy research. The main software product,namely TSG-pro software, urgently needs to develop its secular and suitable marketing strategy, based on the company and its main product characteristics to solve the imperfect phenomenon, all-round improve its software marketing efforts, and to ensure the smooth operation of enterprise development.This paper firstly made an analysis of the marketing strategy theory and software marketing strategy theory. Secondly, based on the full recognition and the existing research results, combined with the company and its main product’s characteristics, this paper proposed the theme of the necessity of optimizing its marketing strategy. At the same time, by the combination of theoretical research and empirical analysis, this research uses the literature research method, SWOT analysis, PEST analysis methods, CPMand STP analysis, to make a deeply analysis of the marketing strategy of the company and its environment. Moreover, this paper points out the existing problems of the company’s main product’s marketing strategy, and the reason that leads to them. And then, this paper optimizes the current marketing strategy and puts forward the safeguard measures and the expected effect.Based on the analysis of traditional software marketing strategy, considering the contemporary Internet, large data information platform and advanced R & D technology environment, this paper studies on the marketing strategy of an autonomous software product, and directly to provide a software technical service to its customers. This marketing strategy this paper put forward will not only solve the problem of the shortage of the current marketing theory on the main products of the enterprise, and will have a certain significance to the study of similar enterprise’s marketing strategy, but also will promote the development of related software products R & D and the profitability of the Spatio Temporal Info Co. Ltd.
