The Application Research Of TnPM In The Equipment Management Of Company F Metal Processing Center (CNC)

Under the new economic era,the fierce market competition and the rapid economic development,have brought new challenges to enterprise management.As a large country,with the globalization of the economy,the competition of manufacturing is entering the era of the Red Sea.In the Manufacturing enterprise,the equipment is the underpinning of the enterprises' development and the important foundation.To seek the equipment management system,it has become more and more attention by managers.Face the automation production equipment,how to exert the greatest benefit in reducing equipment maintenance costs and improve equipment utilization,enterprise must face and attach importance to the issue.In this paper,through the survey of F company in the metal processing center(CNC)problems existing in equipment management,based on the idea of TnPM,research on advanced equipment management system to solve the problems of metal machining center equipment management problems and provide suggestions for the equipment management of F company,but also for the low profit era,OEM enterprises how to play the maximum benefit and reduce the cost of providing equipment management method.The first part,according to the engineering equipment,total productive maintenance(TPM),total normalized productive maintenance(TnPM)and other related equipment management theory,through literature periodical research of domestic and foreign equipment management and production management,analysis of the current situation of domestic and foreign equipment management research.The second part introduces the current situation of F company,F company,describe the status quo of metal processing equipment management center,the main contents include organization structure,production management,equipment maintenance management,equipment maintenance management,and through the investigation to collect in-depth analysis of the existing mainly problems.The third part,based on the idea of TnPM device management system,combined with its theoretical knowledge,in-depth analysis of the problems of F company,to explore research solutions.TnPM establish a perfect organization system based on TnPM;the fourelements as a starting point,in-depth excavation site problems,formulate relevant norms of site management;with four full as the core,establish the whole equipment maintenance system and the system of norms;to SOON process as the basis,according to the existing equipment of different age,different maintenance strategies and preventive maintenance according to F company's implementation of industrial system;4 Opportunity Assessment TnPM collocation of intelligent manufacturing,establish the new management system.The fourth part,according to the TnPM thought,combined with the current situation of F company,through the research of the F metal processing center equipment management,devising the feasibility of the plan,and gradually import.We hope to provide a new system of equipment management for the pursuit of profit maximization of the manufacturing industry,paving the way for the implementation of intelligent manufacturing.
