Research On The Application Of TnPM In The Management Of Automation Instrumentation Equipment In J Corporation

Developing into the word first-class petrochemical enterprises is the strategic target of J corporation. Petrochemical equipment is the core material basis of production. Its cost is a limiting factor to complete the strategic development objective of the corporation. The present equipment and technology advances quicly and developes toward large-scale, integrated, intelligentized, precision and automation. How to reduce the cost of equipment and industrial production and to improve the market competitiveness of enterprises is the key to J corporation.This paper choses the automation of J corporation as the research object and introduces methods and problems of the current equipment management. The main reasons of inefficiency in J corporation equipment management was concluded through researching are as following:first, lacking of full participation in the maintenace; second, correction maintence is the main maintence mode in current stage, which is quite monotonous. And the research content is put forward based on this situation:based on the theory of total standardization of production and maintenance, applies TnPM to J corporation’s automation instrument equipment management. The planning scheme should be made first to improve the organizational structure, which should be approved by the highest leadership on the one hand, on the other hand, training staff should be strengthened. And this is the preparatory work. After this, according to the implementation of the "6s" management activities and a series of management means in the production site, continuously optimize and implement the equipment management of the corporation by selecting the model machine, adopting site survey and statistical analysis. In the management, mainly focusing on site autonomous maintenance management and establishment of equipment Inspection and maintenance system. In addition, this paper also introduces the security measures in the implementation of TnPM in J corporation. In order to evaluat the effect of the implementation of TnPM system, this paper also studies five order six dimensional evaluation system.Conbinating of theory and practice, this paper puts forward some concrete methods about J corporation’s automatic instrument TnPM system implementation. Finally, the author hope to provide some valuable thoughts for the relevant management personnel.
