The Working Capital Management Research Of Nanpu Company In Situation Of Processing Trade Mode Transfer

As the blood of modern enterprises and the most dynamic elements in asset, working capital has been indispensable part of the company. It's crucial to the survival and development of enterprises. With the deepening of economic globalization and intensifying competition, the environment of enterprise becomes more and more complex. The sustainable development of enterprises is facing severe challenges. As a weakness of domestic enterprise, how to prevent the working capital crisis and improve its management performance has been the focus of academic research and business practice. To constantly enhance the working capital management and achieve competitive advantage, enterprises need to combine the modern enterprise working capital management theory with their own experience.Nanpu company is a small-medium enterprise in aerospace manufacturing industry, which established 15 years ago and still in growth period. Based on the modern working capital management theory and reference chan nel management method, this paper provide a comprehensive and systematic analysis on working capital management problems under the situation of processing trade mode transfer. Firstly, it describes the basis of the working capital manag ement theory and analyzes the limitations of traditional theory. Then it researches the current situation on working capital management and problems exist and find the causes after analyszing working capital elements, operational efficiency, vertical and horizontal comparative result. Finally it pointed out the weakness and the way of improving, raise the suggestions to build up a new working capital man agement system for Nanpu company. Enhance and improve awareness of management on working capital management, improve working capital management system. Optimize channel structure and relationship on purchasing, production, sales as well. To establish a scientific evaluation system, enhance the working capital management performance.This paper combines theory and practice and do the search on how to improve the efficiency of capital management by data analysis,hope the methodes mentioned above will help to improve the capital management of Nanpu company and provide a references value for other small-medium enterprise.
