January 2010 the State Council issued the "Triple play in promoting the overall program" to accelerate the pace of China's triple play strategy. From the consumer's point of view is the integration of triple play features, from the device manufacturer's perspective is unified technical standards, and from all levels of broadcast service provider's point of view is more primarily redrawing of the original broadcasting market, so triple play in addition to the broadcast television networks brought innovation and technology to expand the business, but also on the broadcast television network operators at all levels the management and operation of proposed new requirements.
