In recent twenty years, with the deepening of China's reform and opening up and the support of the state to the private economy, the private enterprises in China have made considerable progress both in quantity and in scale. The development of private enterprises led to employment promote consumption, the adjustment of the industry equilibrium, play an important role in the national economy and the development of local economy, become an important force in the economic construction of our country. However, in the development of private enterprises in the process of management, the problem is also followed, the general performance of employees in particular, the loss rate of core technology has been higher. The cause of this problem is not only influenced by the environmental factors of the development of private enterprises, but it is caused by the shortage of the management mode, management idea and the system of private enterprises. At the same time, the small and medium-sized private enterprises are influenced by the capital, technology, scale, and so on. The status quo of employee benefits, such as the low treatment, the instability, the performance appraisal system, the lack of incentive mechanism, the high turnover rate, etc., seriously affect and restrict the development of small and medium private enterprises. Therefore, to solve the problems of the management system of small and medium-sized private enterprises, through scientific management ideas and models, the implementation of the small and medium-sized private enterprises themselves to adapt to the actual situation of the incentive system, is effective to improve the enthusiasm of employees, improve the enterprise talent competition advantage.This article is in this context, the choice of Shenyang Xinhua Printing Co., Ltd. as the research object, the implementation of the small and medium private enterprises to study the incentive.
