With the development of internet, the P2P network, the network and the raise, the third-party payment is expanding rapidly with the rise of commercial bAnk is also increasing in recent years marketing personal computer terminal and mobile terminal trade channel, outlets as commercial banks "store" despite a certain degree of impact, but because of the particularity of the funancial industry, the management risk of the currency naturals greater then the physical product manufacturing,fixed place of business to the customer bring a sense of security, so outlets is still commercial bank marketing financial products, brand image, provide financial services to the customers the most basic and most important channel.In this paper, the performance evaluation system of a bank network is the research object, first of all, the relevant literature on the network performance evaluation, learning the basic theoretical knowledge of performance evaluation. Secondly, this paper expounds the present situation and problems of the performance evaluation of a bank's business network, and aanalyzes the causes of the problem. Finally, based on the balanced scorecard, key performance indicators and target management method, the use of literature research, survey method and analytic hierarchy process, the index design, index weight, and the system structure of the network performance evaluation system. Construct containing outlets overall, cash teller outlets, dot non cash teller, director of the outlets, dot the lobby manager, network of personal customer manager six post evaluation system, a new performance appraisal system is lower than the original network assessment methods with stronger guidance and incentives, effective implementation of the head office of the strategic objectives, effective implementation of the head office of strategic planning, has certain reference value for the design of performance appraisal for a network.
