Evaluation Research Of Land Use Coordination Degree In Kaifu District

As China's economy developed rapidly in the last several years, the land resources of Kaifu district decreased by the day, it faces severe challenges from increasing contradiction of land supply and demand. How to improve the degree of land-use coordination and solve the contradiction of land supply and demand are very important for Kaifu district.On the basis of several principles and methods of the synergetic, the theory of sustainable development and the view of ecological ecology were applied to build the index system. The index system was established from 3 dimensions:economy, society and environment. According to the index system, we collected relevant data of Kaifu district over the period 2008-2012. The weight of each index was determined by the analytic hierarchy process method, and then a land-use coordination evaluation model and a potential evaluation model were built to analysis the land-use situation of Kaifu district. The conclusion showed that the land-use coordination level of Kaifu district rose substantially from 0.1925 to 0.7920 over the period 2008-2012. All the 3 subsystems had rising trend; their coordination level had been more than 0.75 by 2012. The results also showed that the urban land-use potential level of Kaifu district is moderately (0.2080), but there still be room for improvement of its land-use system. Based on The problems we have faced in our research, this paper presents some policy suggestions from the aspects of social economy, environment, as well as society to promote the development of economy, the sufficient use of the land resources and sustainable development.
