| Globalization in the 21st century is coming today and information has come into the age of diversification and real-time process. Clouding computing and the thing of Internet have come such a long way that it has change the way of social production and living habits. In this paper, the author will use the theory of project management, taking the case of R company ERP system implementation, to analyze of system integration and the development of software and other information-based project problems. In the last, the author will give some advice on the management of informatization.By analyzing the working methods and risk management, this paper points out the teamwork problems of R’s company, such as the unclear of project organization, communication gap between members, the inefficient execution. And it points out some problems about process reengineering and organization structure, such as the inefficient project decision-making management and the low business process combing work organization; it also points out some behavior problems of workers, for example the sense of responsibility is not strong and it is lack of cooperation consciousness and the level of information technology application is low. The paper also makes a summary of basic data, such as the low data management abilities, what’s more, the available collection of BOM listing can’t meet the needs of the system and there is not enough sharing data to collect. On this basis, some strategies are putting forward in this paper in order to perfect the system consummation and reengineer the business process, summarize the enterprise refining culture, culture into standard employee behavior, set up to match the flexible project organization, use information management to optimize the promotion of basic data (BOM), use the improvement of the internal control management to strengthen the project process and so on.Finally, this paper emphasizes the importance of correctly using of analysis methods, points out the comprehensive assessment of people, goods, physical ability, set up reasonable project construction goal to strengthen the control of the project aim, do not arbitrarily expand the scope of the project construction. The business blueprint of project should be discussed with business departments and key users to reach a consensus. Highlighting the ERP project is the "head" project and the managers should perfect the project organization and project charters to improve the efficiency of project decisions. Meanwhile, the company should carry out the training of personnel at all levels in stages and make business personnel can be actively involved in the project construction. The information department should overcome the heavy construction and light maintenance problems, continuously pay special attention to the operational security, timely solve the problem of application, completes the collection of project data, effectively perfect the ERP knowledge system. |
