In recent years, medical industry is facing an important strategic development opportunity, which is caused by many factors, such as the aging population, the national health consciousness, the rapid economic development, the high health care spending, the complete coverage of health care and the normalized rules. However, the Chinese medical companies are in competition with foreign companies. So it is meaningful for the medical industry to choose marketing strategy by the medical companies.This article researches the marketing strategy of LUYE group, expecting to increase the group's marketing ability and the "Two Hundred" target. Using some methods, such as induction method, deduction method and case analysis, this paper studies some basic marketing problem for LUYE group.The structure of this paper is organized as follows. The first part is the literature summary on the theory and methods on marketing research. Then, the external environment and internal conditions of LUYE group are analyzed. Thirdly, this paper selects the group marketing plan for LUYE. Finally, some specific implementing measures are proposed from the aspect of human resource, finance, sales and technology.According to the conclusions, the main marketing strategy can be summarized:Using the radiation function of regional economy to the market, build the customer-oriented marketing strategy; Develop professional advantage with playing the technology advantage, optimizing internal and external resources and reducing the cost.
