The X Company is a professional organization dedicated to promoting the coordinated development of China’s industry,university and research,engaging in education investment,education management and education consulting.With the increasingly fierce market competition environment and the shortage of high-quality talents,improving the company’s human resource management system and forming effective incentives for core employees are the main problems facing the current company management.This paper uses the research results of Herzberg’s two-factor theory,adopts literature research method,questionnaire survey method and case analysis method to investigate the incentive mechanism of core employees of X company,and analyzes the total items,health care factors and incentive factors.The evaluation and the objective evaluation of the company’s existing incentive system.First,analyze the overall situation of the existing employees of Company X,and determine the objects and survey samples of this research in combination with the definition of the core employees.Secondly,a questionnaire survey was conducted on 60 core employees.The content of the survey was based on two-factor theory.The scores were based on the two factors:the health factor and the incentive factor.The score was scored by the point method.After the statistical analysis of the questionnaire data and the company’s internal data,it was concluded.Current core employee incentives in health care factors and incentives.Again,an optimization scheme is proposed for the problems found in the research.On the one hand,the design of the core employee incentive mechanism of the startup company must conform to the characteristics of the startup company,and determine the material incentives of the core employees compared with the same industry;on the other hand,the health care factors and incentive factors should be effectively combined,through the development of comprehensive,scientific Incentives to increase core employees’ satisfaction with the company.Finally,after completing the design of the incentive plan of Company X,explain the steps and precautions for the implementation of the new plan.It is recommended to attach great importance to the incentive work from the company’s strategy,starting from the main problems existing in the current core employee incentives,and by constructing the new company X.Institutional guarantee,organizational guarantee and cultural guarantee for the implementation of incentive schemes,improve the construction of human resources system of X company,in order to ensure the realization of employee incentive goals.
