Research On The Development Strategy Of CSEMC' Steel Logistics In Bohai Region

The key lies CSEMC can grasp the historic opportunity of the development of modern logistics industry and shipping industry is the core competitiveness whether they have or not, and whether they can form a lasting competitive advantage or not. If CSEMC want to gain the core competitive advantage, achieve long-term and stable sustainable development, it must grasp the direction of enterprise development, develop and implement business strategies from a strategic height, so making system of the logistics development strategy in Bohai region is the focus research of this paper.First, there is a profound analysis in external environment of CSEMC based on the theory and method of enterprise strategic management, at present, China's political environment is stable, the economic developing rapidly, and the manufacturing and shipbuilding industry developing rapidly in Bohai region creates a high demand for logistics, all of this are the chance of steel logistics development to CSEMC.Then, there is a profound analysis in internal environment of CSEMC from the human resources situation, marketing management ability, logistics management status, points out the advantages of CSEMC are leader's management ability, brand resources, capital and customer resource, the disadvantages are lack of logistics talents, low information level.At last, according to the analysis of internal and external environmental of the group, the author suggested that CSEMC should tread steel trade industry as the core value chain, Implementing the portfolio strategy, take "One center, Two directions, Locate bohai, Radiation national" as a strategic guidelines and formulated safeguard measures to ensure the implementation of strategy.
