Study Of Progress Management For The Structural Project Of SYY Management System

The effectiveness of the management system is the general requirement for the examination of the service of legal metrological verification,measurement certification and laboratories approval of ISO/IEC 17025. The competence of testing and high-quality service are also based on the effecitveness management system. Moreover, the effective method for improvement of internal management of the service usually correlates with management system.The structure process of SYY mangagement system was studied in this paper. The theory of project process management and applicatio of management system were also studied in this paper. The detail process scheme is based on the decomposition of the project, definition of every active, activity sequencing as well as the time estimation. Then the report was made based on the process control tool, and real time controlled the process. According to the actual report, the difference between the plan and process was found. The project process was adjusted according to the difference in order to ensure the project process.The application of project management theory in the structure of management system of will improve the effeciency and effectiveness of management system of the service of legal metrological verification. The effitiveness of the management system is very important for the development of the service.
