As the international aviation market increasingly competitive, aeronautical manufacturing technology advances, parts subcontracted project as of the company’s cooperation with the international advanced aerospace manufacturing enterprise communications platform for Windows and have played an important role. Aircraft manufacturing systems engineering is a huge, subcontracted project is a variety of large batch order processing,parts、fastens、materials, technology of diverse types, require high precision production equipment, parts and components production process at the same time every little part in a number of procedures, every part had to go through multiple-assembly, these production information are required to track, causing the entire project collects a large amount of production data production, management difficult, and the S company subcontracted project management is in the way of traditional hand- made paper, leading to the lagging transmission of information production and management of all aspects, as well as production management mode of information, accounting and statistics, Production Management Personnel workload and lower productivity, production management under stress.In recent years, the application of production information system for manufacturing enterprise, bringing productivity of project management and lower management costs. To make the subcontracting projects more internationally competitive, in the shortest time possible to produce high quality products, production of management information has to be imminent.This article by combing to existing subcontracting production management methods and processes, for subcontracted project management features and problems, as the carrier by information, mainly on the reducing cost and efficiency goals, with BPR and lean production as the guiding ideology, modeled subcontracting business process in S company with value stream mapping, draw the current and the future value stream mapping of subcontracting business process, using the tiered architecture, to subcontract the overall design of the dynamic information platform for project management, identifying the functions of a module system, for a subcontract production management as the core, with program management, materials management, scheduling, control, production control, work instructions issued evaluation of functions, such as information management system,by real data and application effect of contrasting management system before and after the usage. Practice has shown, through the use of dynamic information management system for production management of information technology established for the whole project production site information is shared, and visual display in front of production management personnel at all levels, facilitates the monitoring of production managers for subcontracted projects, improving the efficiency of production management.
