China's foreign trade is also increasing, international cargo container traffic continues to rise. In this case, if road transport as the main, putting great pressure on urban traffic and environment protection. Rail-sea intermodal transportation as a common mode of transport in the world, for inland transport tension alleviation, reducing transport costs is of great significance. Dalian port in Liaoning province, the southernmost, is in Northeast China's Liaoning province and an important container shipping lines in Hong Kong, its superior port conditions make it one of the most competitive port in Northeast Asia. The political and economic center of Shenyang in Northeast China, Dalian connect Hong Kong to promote the development of Liaoning province and throughout the Northeast, plays a very important role. Shenyang, Dalian port with road distances, transport costs are relatively high. Railway transport, with its lower costs, is one of the Dalian port an important mode of transport in the future. Facing great changes in the container market, Dalian port also faces enormous challenges and opportunities. Whether they can comply with the historical trend and seize the opportunities, meet the challenges, hold on to set up their own sea-railway marketing strategy, Dalian port's future survival and development has played a vital role.Under such a background, this paper related to the theory of enterprise marketing strategy and the container sea rail combined transport for starting point, to Dalian Shenyang port inland sea rail intermodal marketing strategy as a specific object of study, the use of pest and SWOT analysis method, with full and accurate examples, and the abundant number according to current situation and existing problems of Dalian Shenyang port inland sea rail intermodal marketing strategy of specific analysis, in order to understand the development of enterprises is faced with the opportunity, by what the challenges and threats. Then it comes to the Shenyang Dalian Port inland sea iron transport should choose the marketing strategy, as well as a series of security measures for the smooth implementation of the strategy.
