Research Of Highway Construction And Land Use Change In Anhui Province

As an important transportation infrastructure, highway is a key space bridge and link for contacting region. It is of great significance for the promotion of land-use patterns, structural changes, optimizing the layout of the land use and promoting economic development. We should understand the special importance and urgency of highway construction from a strategic and overall perspective in the new era and the new situation. In recent years, the rapid development of Expressway in Anhui had a significant impact on the change of land utilization, played a huge role on the regional economy growth at the same time as well.Based on the relevant researches and theories At home and abroad, this article analyzes the relationship of expressway construction and changes in land use patterns in Anhui, uses empirical analysis to elaborate how highway construction promotes booming regional economy effectively through changing land use patterns, structure and layout, and finally put forward proposals and considerations to address the coordination of highway construction, land use and regional economic development from the macro, meso and micro levels. All the research can provide a reference value for the protection of priority highway land, the rational and efficient use of land resources and sustainable economic development.This article apply literature search, survey research, qualitative and quantitative, comparative analysis and empirical and normative methods combination, collect a lot of data of indicators (1990-2013) to add up and analysis the development process of expressway, the traffic mileage, land use change and regional economic development in Anhui. The main conclusions are:(1) changes in land use patterns, promoting regional resource value development. Highway construction promotes agricultural mechanization, large-scale operation, promotes the comprehensive utilization of land along the road and drives the development of tourism; (2) adjusting the land use structure, promoting internal allocation of resources to achieve rationalization. Highway construction changes land use structure, promote the development of urbanization; (3) changing the spatial distribution of land use, to strengthen ties between regions. the highway construction has changed the land use spatial layout, enhanced relation between regions, and promoted the development of related industries; (4) highway construction promotes the growth of Anhui Province's total economic output by changing land use.After the adoption of a comprehensive analysis of data, we can summarize that the development of highway construction promotes the rational allocation and efficient use of land resources, and promote sustained economic development in Anhui Province. Finally, The article proposes countermeasures and suggestions from the macro, meso and micro levels to protect the priority land use of expressway construction in Anhui, achieve coordination of highway construction, land use and regional economic development: (1)from the macro level, adhering to systems theory point of view, a good grasp of the relationship between highway construction, land use and socio-economic development and forecast the road network needs scientifically; (2)from the meso level, according to the regional economic development, land use planning and the preparation of the scientific road network planning; (3) from the micro level, a reasonable implementation of the road network, and strengthening the management and supervision of highway construction and operations.
