Research On The Coordination Of Land Intensive Use And Economic Development

China’s economic development has made great achievements, but behind the rapid economic development there is a great worry.The traditional mode of economic development has been difficult to sustain and transformation of economic development is imperative. land is an important resource which serve as an integral part of human activities, the efficient use of land resources can be directly related to the sustainable development of people’s quality of life and social economy. In this context, economic development and land conservation and intensive use naturally linked together. However, there is not much research on conservation and land intensive use and economic development coordination in domestic and international, conservation and land intensive use and economic development coordination of spatial differentiation is even more uncommon.In carding, summarizing the others research results, this paper carry theoretical analysis on coordination of land intensive use and economic development. On this basis, constructed land intensive use and economic development evaluation system; studied land intensive use and economic development evaluation Model, coordination analysis model, exploratory spatial analysis model; take Shandong province as an example,analyzed and compared their coordination of land intensive use and economic development. Finally, this paper describes the study found that the policy implications, inadequate research and prospects for future research.This paper obtain the following achievements:(1)Constructed land intensive use and economic development evaluation system. Both evaluation includes the target layer, guidelines and index three levels. Land intensive use including input intensity, output efficiency and sustainability 3 dimensions of 11 indicators. Economic development, including 4 dimensions of 15 indicators.(2)Builting a comprehensive assessment model. The model involves combination determining weights on maximizing deviations,fuzzy synthesized evaluation TOPSIS,the grey correlation,the model of compatibility degree maximum and difference degree minimum.(3)A analysis model on coordination is constructed(4)The spatial-temporal differentiation characteristics on coordination of land intensive use and economic development in Shandong Province are analyzed.Based on annual data form 2007-2013, analyzed the dynamic evolution characteristics on coordination of land intensive use and economic development, the results shows: form 2007 to 2013 land coordination have a shake and rise tendency. Based on 2013 panel data of 17 cities in Shandong Province,analyzed the spatial differentiation of land intensive use and economic development, the findings show that land intensive use and economic development in Shandong province presents a significant global spatial autocorrelation and local spatial autocorrelation.(5)Presenting some policy suggestions to ensure further advance the coordination of land intensive use and economic development, including optimization of land use structure and revitalize the stock of land, exerting city stereoscopic effect, promoting land marketization, acceleration of urbanization.
