Research On Land Saving And Intensive Use And Sustainable Development Of Regional Economy

Sustainable land use is a complex system of concept, it reflects the comprehensivebenefits of land. Land saving and intensive extensive development mode is differentfrom the land, it is through innovation management, enhance the level of technology,the use of land assets, to maximize the benefit of unit area for the purpose of, andgradually improve the transformation and use of land resources. But in the actualprocess of land management, land use issues is very prominent, seriously affected theland use efficiency and sustainable development.This is the background for this study, taking Taiyuan County as a case study of Aconcrete, the sustainable use of land in the area as well as the development of. In thecourse of this study, firstly analyzes the related theory of sustainable land use andregional economic development, and expounds the relationship between the sustainableutilization of land in A county and the regional economy sustainable development,issued by the Ministry of land resources by land saving and intensive land sustainabledevelopment evaluation index system and evaluation index system, using the method ofquantitative analysis, detailed the analysis of the sustainable utilization of land in Acounty. Through the study of this paper can be seen, in the area of sustainable land use,with industrial structure and unreasonable land structure, industrial zone development,highlight the contradiction of land demand for construction land and serious waste, nothigher overall level of utilization. In the aspect of sustainable development, the mainexisting land ecological and economic sustainability of poor land, serious pollutionproblems. Aiming at this problem, this paper combined with the related theory, putforward some improvement opinions and suggestions of perfecting the leadership,emphasizing the responsibility mechanism, implement the appraisal system; perfectunified land planning, land layout optimization; to further develop the market regulationmechanism, improve the efficiency of resource allocation; perfecting the policyguarantee mechanism, and promote the transformation of tapping the potentialregulatory warning sound the mechanism, strengthen law enforcement measures.Through this research, not only a comprehensive, objective understanding to thecurrent situation of sustainable utilization of land in A county and development, andalso for decision makers to rational planning of land function and land policies, toprovide a positive reference to improve the efficiency of land utilization.
