Recently, the abundant coal production leads to the structural surplus in the market structure of the coal industry. On account of relatively stable demand, the price of coal is squeezed and the coal industry is in recession. In response to negative market factors, enterprises should evaluate and control its performance from the perspective of the supply chain both upstream and downstream, because the management of the supply chain is an important link in the management of enterprises. In this sense, effective performance evaluation index for coal enterprises should be formulated through the analysis of the SCOR Model-the Supply Chain Operation Reference. In the meantime, the performance evaluation index for the supply chain should see both qualitative and quantitative analysis. As a result, the flaws in the management of the performance of the supply chain will be found, and improvement measures will be proposed. Meanwhile, important approaches should be applied in the vital links of the supply chain, so that the management of the supply chain will achieve scientific and efficient development, and the construction of green, coordinated, and sustainable coal mines will be accelerated. |
