| This study chooses Xingcheng Qianhe redwood products co., LTD (referred to as "Qianhe Redwood") as the main research object of enterprise optimal logistics mode decision analysis. Scientific and reasonable logistics model can not only improve Qianhe Redwood logistics service ability, reduce the enterprise's logistics operation cost, increase profits, to some extent there is conducive to development of enterprise's core business and promote the competitiveness of the enterprise sector.On the basis of many scholars studies, combined with the situation of Qianhe Redwood factors analysis, selecting the influencing factors of Qianhe Redwood logistics mode selection, a total of four categories and sixteen factors. Using SWOT analysis method to analyze the current situation of the enterprise, and the qualitative analysis result is Qianhe Redwood is not suitable for current set up own logistics, it should outsource logistics business. On the basis of qualitative analysis of the factors, using the analytic hierarchy process (ahp) to give weights of various factors, and combining the expert scoring alternative logistics mode of score calculation. Because the third party logistics mode acquire the highest score, Qianhe Redwood chooses the third party logistics as optimal logistics mode. |
