Performance Evaluation And Influencing Factors Of Regional Green Logistics

With the rapid development of China’s economy and the electricity supplier industry,the logistics industry has also been developed rapidly,and now,the logistics industry has become the main driving force of national economic development.However,at the same time,the logistics industry has also brought a negative impact in the process of its development,which produced a variety of environmental problems.With the deepening of the concept of "green",sustainable development strategy has become the focus of the country,government,enterprises and citizens.The green development of logistics industry can not only reduce the environmental pollution,energy consumption,but also improve the utilization of resources.Therefore,from the perspective of green researching logistics performance level and analyzing its influencing factors,can provide a reference for the sustainable development of the logistics industry.A lot of logistics enterprises whose concept is still in the backward stage in Henan province are lack of enough understanding to the modern logistics industry.The problems in logistics enterprises such as extensive management,closed management,part of segmentation,the reasonable division of professional labor and the imbalance of supply and demand,produced a variety of contradictions,which lead that the logistics industry in the province appears some phenomenon,such as serious repeated construction,highly disperse of logistics industry,high resource consumption,low utilization of facilities and etc.Therefore,this article from the perspective of green logistics,taking Henan Province as an example,analyzed the performance of regional green logistics and the influencing factors,furthermore,put forward the corresponding improvement measures and suggestions,which provides a reference basis for the green sustainable development of logistics industry in Henan province.First,this paper introduced the development background of China’s logistics industry from the perspective of green sustainable development,and explained the purpose and significance of this paper by analyzing the performance level of green logistics in Henan province.Second,this paper comprehensively analyzed the relevant concepts of green logistics,the evaluation index system of regional green logistics performance and the standard of regional green logistics performance evaluation through consulting the relevant information.Next,after selecting the evaluation index of green logistics index in Henan Province,and the weight analysis was carried out by using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),so the weight of each index was obtained,then made a performance evaluation by combining the actual data,got the ranking table of green logistics performance level from 2000 to 2015 in Henan province.Thirdly,the paper analyzed the green logistics index of Henan province from 2000 to 2015 by factor analysis,and obtained the annual corresponding performance level of green logistics in Henan province.Then,the results of the two different methods are compared and analyzed,and the results of green logistics in Henan Province are evaluated synthetically.Combining with the practical results,the rationality of the results is given.Finally,this paper made an empirical analysis of the factors affecting the performance of green logistics in Henan Province,found out the problems existing in the development of green logistics industry in Henan Province,and put forward some suggestions to improve the performance of green logistics.
