From the supply chain management was first put forward by people widely attention, supply chain management to the development of an enterprise has the vital role. The 21st century enterprise and enterprise's competition has not only the competition between products and products, more reflected in the supply chain competition. Supply chain can even decide the fate of an enterprise. An efficient supply chain management system can be for the development of enterprises, garment industry is no exception. Our country is populous, at the same time also clothing consumption in our country. With the improvement of people's living standard,People's demand for clothing also from the initial need to satisfy the basic function of keeping warm , changing to meet people's demand for personalized, diversification,and vogue. Market is also shifting from the enterprise to the consumer side.Nearly forty years since the reform and opening-up in China, emerged a large number of domestic apparel retail brand in our country. These clothing enterprises have sprung up rapid development, and formed a certain scale. Our country clothing retail brand has always been home to occupy the market for the purpose in a nationwide retail stores for rapid expansion, not from the enterprise internal set out to create an efficient supply chain management system. So appeared frequently in recent years, our country local clothing retail brand widespread phenomenon of closing the shops. But with the deepening of China's opening to the outside world, a large number of international clothing brands enter the Chinese market competing with China's domestic brands. The international brands with its novel design, high quality fabrics,quickly response speed quickly occupy the market, and continuing to grow stronger,ZARA is one of them. Based on this background, mainly through case analysis and contrast analysis,taking the Spanish clothing brand ZARA as an example,to analyze its unique supply chain management mode. At the same time, taking our country local clothing brand septwolves as an example make a comparative analysis. Finally it is concluded that ZARA the uniqueness of supply chain management, as well as septwolves deficiency of supply chain management. And Suggestions are proposed for Chinese clothing retail supply chain management.The first part of the paper is introduction. Its main content are the topic background, the selected topic significance, the Research status at home and abroad,research ideas and research methods, etc. The second part of the paper, on the one hand, it discusses the supply chain and supply chain management related theory, on the other hand the related contents in the clothing retail supply chain management are discussed. The third part introduces the current situation of the development of Chinese garments retailing supply chain management and the existing problems. The fourth part, in the form of case analysis of ZARA of Spain are introduced, and then from the four aspects analyze ZARA's supply chain management model detailedly.Finally summarizes the success of ZARA supply management and the existing problems. The fifth part mainly research the supply chain management of domestic clothing brand septwolves. Including the introduction of septwolves, the supply chain management mode analysis of septwolves, and the problems of septwolves supply chain management,and the advices of improvement of septwolves supply chain management. The last part, through the analysis of the top five parts, it can summarize the ZARA's supply chain management mode of the enlightenment and suggestions of clothing retail enterprises in China.
