It has a long history of the baking food industry in our country that has been playing an important role in the field of the public, which cannot be underestimated. Not only technology and culture reform in the baking food industry, but also the pace of the entrance of the foreign enterprises, the baking food industry, the baking food in China has been facing the new change since China joined in the WTO. In some degree, it reflects the demands of the public baking diet that becomes higher and more far-reaching as well as more excellent. Therefore, how to satisfy consumers needs in maximum is the core of the development of the baking food industry. With the continuous openness to the outside, Tianjin is a developed city of the advancement culture in food. Under the guidance of the advantageous policies of the government, Tianjin has a rapid development in its economy development. Corresponding, the whole industry has a qualitative leap.Through the analysis of the marketing surroundings in baking food industry of Tianjin, making comparisons between its strengths and weakness and taking J Company as an example, the thesis will introduce the marketing surroundings in detail, which will also find the existing problems in the baking food industry at the present. After launching a case study on J Company, the main problems of the baking food industry at the moment lies in a lack of the complete new management and marketing strategy to support the sustainable effective development of the old enterprises in baking food industry in competing era of the private enterprises. First of all, the dissertation summarizes the development situation of the subject at home and abroad, with which a series of development strategies and marketing methods will be put forward about the research problems in baking food industry. Secondly, the thesis will make a description about the development of the baking food enterprises at home and introduce the course and the characteristic now. Simultaneously, the present situation of the baking food industry in developed countries will be also described. Thirdly, the advanced marketing experiences of the developed countries will provide J Company with a developing marketing strategy as a reference.The strategies and marketing methods suit the baking food enterprises in Tianjin will be put into practice with more practical operation. Thus, taking Tianjin J Food Company as an example, the dissertation will raise the development and marketing strategy methods of the development of the baking food enterprises that accord with the history culture and development of the enterprises its own. Eventually, in face of the fierce competition of the market, the suggestion will make an enlightening effectiveness for the development of the baking enterprises.
