At present, baking food market is very broad, from its product can intuitive reflect the level of people's living standard, and the development of diet culture. Since China's reform and opening up, rapid economic development, especially after China's accession to the wto, the domestic market and international market to domestic baking industry has brought the huge impact.In recent years, many of the advantages of Chinese market lead to the enterprises of more and more foreign investment in China, some wholly owned, joint ventures also developed rapidly.First of all, we research regarding the subject, and then summarize. Secondly, the general situation, historical development of baking industry process, characteristics and the status quo and development trend of the baking industry at home and abroad, and in weinan red younger sister food co., LTD., for example, the marketing strategy in-depth analysis and research.In this paper, by using the PEST method to our country for enterprise marketing market environment is analyzed, and sums up the advantages and disadvantages.This article also introduces the successful marketing experience of developed countries, in order to help in baking food enterprise marketing development in our country.Based on the two, on the basis of marketing theory, this paper also reveals the problems in current marketing baking industry in our country, and put forward its own Suggestions, the hope can give our baking food enterprises marketing strategy has a certain reference and help.
