Research On The Sustainable Development And Its Evaluation Of The Cultural Tourism Destination

"The world is so big that I want to see", a famous nationally known letter of resignation wrote reflecting that people pursue high quality life, with the increase of income over the past few years. Many factors brought the mighty wind for the era of mass tourism, such as the hot tourism market, the normative tourism market order, the advanced tourist facilities and the government work report attaching more importance to the development of the tourism industry. As cultural tourism is a very important tourism form during this era of mass tourism, the study on cultural tourism is of great theoretical significance and practical value. At present, the research on cultural tourism has been gaining increasing attention from scholars both at home and abroad with extensive research content and research method. However, the study on the sustainable development of cultural tourism destination is very rare. Therefore, this thesis tries to make beneficial exploration in this direction.Firstly, this paper reviews the domestic and foreign study on cultural tourism and the sustainable development of tourism destination, trying to explain the concepts of the cultural tourism, the cultural tourism destination and the sustainable development of cultural tourism destination. At the same time, this paper analyzes the relevant elements of sustainable devel-opment of cultural tourism destination.Secondly, based on the analysis of the related research literature,this paper puts forward to the cultural tourism destination sustainable development evaluation model and evaluation standard from the six aspects of macro and micro environ-ment, the policy planning and development of destination, tourism destination management, core resources, complementary resources and facilities as well as amplification and re-striction factors,using expert questionnaire and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to deter-mine the weight of evaluation index system.Finally, on the basis of the sustainable develop-ment of cultural tourism destination evaluation model, this paper makes an empirical study on Tianjin's five Avenue Cultural Tourism Zone.The study showes that Tianjin's five Avenue Cultural Tourism Zone is in the elementary stage of sustainable development. Meanwhile, the paper discusses the application on the sustainable development evaluation model of the cultural tourism destination.According to the empirical research conclusion, this paper puts forward the following several suggestions:deepen the reform of the system of Tianjin's Five Avenue, establishing the efficient resource management system; Increasing investment in public welfare and the establishment of participating in the financial service system; Shaping the tourism brand, fully optimizing tourism services products and improving service levels; With tourist indus-try development as the core, to promote the development of supporting industries; Focus on community development, shaping the global tourism model.
