Peter F. Durkcer once said:"the real resource of the one enterprise is human resources. management is the full development of fully developing human resources to do a good job." So the talent has become the object that every enterprise all rushes to pursue at present and becomes the most important factor of the existence and development of the enterprise. Thus, in order to enhance competitiveness, survive and success in this brutal competition, It is necessary to retain the best talents, and make the employees be loyal to the company. Therefore, to improve employee engagement becomes one of the Problems the enterprise pay attention to.The research focuses on employee engagement, And the intent of the research is to increase academic research in this field and seek ways to enhance employee engagement by exploring the antecedent variables of employee engagement based on previous study.The research is premised on the current status of research and theoretical basis of Organizational Climate, Organizational Embeddedness and Employee Engagement, explores the relationships among Organizational Climate, Organizational Embeddedness and Employee Engagement and underlying mechanism. It can be summarized as:First, discuss the three variables'concepts, contents and measurement, and explore the ralationships. Second, empirically analyze the intermediary role that organizational embeddedness plays in the process of organizational climate on employee engagement.According to the study, The research use literature research, questionnaire survey and data analysis. The research can be divided into three parts:The first part, collects and studies the related literature of three variables at home and abroad, Extracts the relevant part of the present study of three variables to come up with the research hypothesis and research model. The second part, reference to or use the mature scale to questionnaire. The third part: empirical analysis, uses SPSS 16.0 companies collecting data for quantitative research, discusses the relationship between organizational climate, organizational embeddedness and employee engagement, and validates the research hypothesis and research model.According to the above research methods, here are the following conclusions:first, organization climate plays a significant role in employee engagement, management style and interpersonal relationships of organization climate has a remarkable positive influence on employee engagement, and the role of management style is more significant than the role of interpersonal relationships. Second, organization climate has a significant impact on organizational embeddedness, and management style and interpersonal relationships of organization climate are positively correlated to organizational embeddedness. Third: organizational embeddedness has significantly positive correlation with employee engagement. Fourth, organizational embeddedness play a totally intermediary role in the process of organizational climate on employee engagement.
