A new project as a PPP financing model in highway construction field, PPP mode covers the advantages of PPP models, and integration of BOT, the many advantages of EPC mode.At present, China highway project in practice, PPP mode is phased in, since the characteristics of PPP mode, in which the specific implementation process will bring new problems, and academic circles of concern still in the exploratory stage, the lack of systematic research and demonstration, and this article is based on this, Xing Shan Expressway in Guangdong Province PPP project research background, in the highway project PPP mode adaptability, as well as the risks and risk responses that pattern exists in the construction project management summary of the key points, experiences and lessons learned, to propose specific management proposals and measures to improve construction management level.
