Research On The Development Of Intelligent Transportation Of Huayuan Industry Park

After China carried out more than thwenty years of Reform & Open to the World strategy, the raffic in big cities became increasingly heavy. Take Tianjin as an example, by the end of Febuary 2014, the viechle quantity achieved 2.8 million,16.7% increased YoY. Traffic jams occurs frequently in the downtown. Intelligent Transportation (hereinafter as IT) is the future of transporation system. It realizes total traffic management monitoring and data collection in a vast scale and full facages.As a knowledge and technology core of Tianjin, Tianjin Huayuan Industry Park (THIP) developed in a rapid pace. Transporation facilities in the premises are being improved along with the traffic spontenous and absorbing relationships variation. In recent years, severe transporation planning and management dismatch caused traffic jams and tidals, and it became more and more difficult to resolve. Problems occurred in local economic sustainable development, air pollution and service invironment.The Thesis is composed by several sections. First of all, the thesis proposes the topic background based on analysis to traffic development status and IT's theory. Calrifies the thesis content and research mentality based on analysis to problems and difficulties of THIP IT development. Secondly, the thesis proposes three challenges by analyzing traffic features of THIP based on its location conditions and development direction through data and illustration methods. The thesis puts forward the IT future trends by analyzing current situation of THIP IT. Then, the thesis proposes THIP IT development module by analyzing the national 12th 5-year Plan with the current status. Through modeling methods, elaborates in details the methodology and design methods, which gives the technical basis to THIP for its transformation into the national IT demonstration area. Analyzes IT's key processes and core technology to form main tasks to THIP. At the last part, the thesis forcasts the future, construction situation and possible problems and gives suggestions for IT's tangible realization in THIP.
