Study Development And Its Evaluation On The Tourism Resources From The Perspective Of Low Carbon Conception

At present, the climate change has a significant impact on the living environment of human. Attaching great importance to the economic development and environmental benefits and developing low carbon economy have become the basic policy of our country. This requires us to transform economic development pattern and to promote resource conservation to protect the ecological environment. In this study, we explored the evaluation of tourism resources project, and established the tourism resources system for project development based on the concept of low carbon, the article combined qualitative with quantitative analysis methods to provide reference for tourism resources project development in the future.The article is divided into seven parts. The first part analyzes the background and significance of this study, and summarizes the content and writing method. The second part summarizes the related concepts of low carbon economy, low carbon tourism, as well as the domestic and foreign scholar's research on low carbon economy and tourism project evaluation. The third part summarizes theory foundation of the tourism project development and analyze development condition, this study also points out the problems in the assessment of tourism resource development. The fourth parts discuss the principle of tourism resources development evaluation in the low carbon concept, and establish the evaluation indicator system of tourism projects in the concept of low carbon economy. At the same time, the evaluation method was introduced. In the fifth part, this sector combined with the previous theoretical analysis, the article make an empirical analysis of the East Overseas Chinese Town, combined qualitative evaluation with quantitative evaluation for comprehensive evaluation. In the sixth part, we analyze the typical case and use successful experience of the East Overseas Chinese Town, in view of the present situation of the tourism project development in our country, the main policy recommendations are put forward. Finally the study discusses the conclusion and shortcomings.
