Study On The Intensive Use Of Urban Land In The Process Of New Urbanization

Since the reform and opening up,along with the rapid development of China's social and economic directly promote the integration of urban and rural areas and urbanization get rapid development,in order to better adapt to the development and transformation of contemporary economic,the 18 th CPC National Congress officially clear,on the basis of traditional urbanization to established in order to improve the quality of life of the people as the core,with good urban agglomeration effect and scale effect as the goal,to achieve the new urbanization of population,land,industry and society,rural five in one.In the model in the process of urbanization,owing to the agglomeration effect and growth pole effect will have more and more people poured into the city,more and more peasants' resident,China's large population and scarce land resources is China's basic national conditions,and in our country at present,it is in the stage of rapid development of industrialization and urbanization,the land use is more and more important,the land resources only get reasonable,intensive and efficient use,in order to effectively solve the urban construction land supply and demand,contradiction between people and land and other issues.Therefore,in the case of China's rapid economic development and the transformation of the situation,the research on this topic will be of great practical significance.This paper is to model the process of urbanization as background,in Hefei City as an example by literature analysis method,statistical data analysis,comparative analysis and method to establish the combination of qualitative and quantitative model,is divided into five chapters are about.The first chapter is the introduction part,mainly introduces the the research background,research significance,and the domestic and foreign city in the process of urbanization of land intensive use are reviewed,and finally introduces the research ideas,methods and technical route.The second chapter is the theoretical part of this paper,three aspects were introduced in this paper,the definition of new urbanization and urban land intensive use,related theories and the new town of the analysis of driving force factors of urban land intensive use,as the subsequent research basis and theoretical support.This chapter introduces a new urbanization agglomeration diffusion theory and growth pole theory and on the intensive use of urban land location theory,land compensation theory of decreasing,agglomeration effect theory,differential land rent theory and sustainable development theory.The third chapter inHefei City as an example,first introduces development status of urbanization of Hefei City,and urban land intensive use condition,then with the characterization of new development of urbanization and urban land intensive use function,to illustrate the model of urbanization on urban land set using jolly role in promoting.In the fourth chapter,the construction of urban land intensive use evaluation model,from the land investment level,degree of land use,land use and the efficiency of land use sustainable degree evaluation index selection,evaluation of Hefei city from2005-2014 ten years of intensive urban land use condition,and the results were analyzed.In the fifth chapter,based on the case of urban land intensive use in Hefei City,the effective countermeasures and suggestions on the intensive use of urban land in the process of urbanization are discussed.The conclusions of the study are:(1)in the process of urbanization,the development of urbanization can promote the intensive use of urban land.(2)the effective countermeasures and suggestions of urban land intensive use are put forward from the following five aspects.The improvement of urban land intensive use planning and management.Optimize the layout of urban structure to improve the land use efficiency.Actively promoting the rational use of land in the development zone.Establish and perfect the market mechanism of city land use.The improving and perfecting the legal system of land intensive use.
