Evaluation Of Urban Land Intensive Utilization During The New-type Urbanization

The new urbanization is a pattern that the cities, towns and new rural communities promote together and develop coordinated, this pattern will improve the level of urbanization in all cities. Today, Land is material basis significant for human survival and development, with the rapid progress of economic urbanization, land becomes the most important scarce resources, especially the construction land will straightforwardly affect our country’s rapid economic healthy development. This paper based on new urbanization, penetrate a deeply analysis on construction land intensive use, constructs indicators system of intensive use of land for urban, then analyses the intensive use of construction land in Kunshan city, and reveals various functional land intensive use of internal urban,lastly proposes some recommendations.This paper is divided into five chapters:The first chapter is the introduction of this paper, first introduced the topics of the background and significance, then based on this, describes the purpose of this study, content and research methods, technical routes.The second chapter is the basis theory of intensive use. Firstly the current intensive use of land for urban and rural construction related researches are reviewed. Then introducing these basis theories, land location theory, land diminishing returns theory, differential rent theory, and sustainable development theory, are Included.The third chapter focuses on the intensive use evaluation index system of construction land in Kunshan city. In line with the purposeful, comprehensive and sustainable principles of urban construction, the evaluation index system was established from level of region, meso level, which means functional land (residential, commercial, industrial, education, administrative, specialty)The fourth chapter analysis the construction land and various functional land intensive use level of Kunshan city. First introduced the natural, social and economic situation, and then focuses on the different construction land use level of Kunshan city with other eight cities in south of Jiangsu province; Secondly based on the actual situation, six functional land was divided in chosen area, and analyses the intensive use of functional land with quantitative analysis; Finally, the paper analyses overall construction land use of Kunshan city.The fifth chapter is conclusions of this paper. Based on analysis of the previous text, summarizes all completion of construction land intensive use, then proposes some suggestions.
