In this paper, the main object of study is the reconstruction of furniture manufacturing industrial space and the undertaking of industries transfer in Henan Province, using of regional economics, industrial economics, and the theory of international trade to analyze the status and trends. Simultaneously, to analyze it, the author combine the case of undertaking furniture manufacturing transfer of Qingfeng Puyang from the exterior and interior angle. As an industry which is suitable for initial stage of the industrial economic development, furniture manufacturing is a typical low threshold and labor-intensive industry. With China's establishment of market economy and openness institution in the 1980's, thanks to political stability and the significant price advantage of labor, raw materials, land and other elements, taking advantage of this opportunity, China undertakes a lot of furniture manufacturing enterprises of Europe and other developed countries which gradually transfer to developing countries and regions because rising labor, energy, environmental protection and other costs in local Moreover, because of its high degree of export-oriented,it break the low degree of industrial concentration destiny of low threshold and labor-intensive industries, and highly concentrated in Pearl River Delta and Yangtze River Delta region which has the advantage of export transportation. After nearly 30 years of rapid growth and expansion, in 2008 and 2009, struck by the austerity of international demand caused by the world economic crisis, China's furniture manufacturing industry began to pay increasingly attention to the huge market demand in the central and western regions. Depending on comparative advantage of land and labor supply, the central and local governments' active promoting and their own economic growth, more and more furniture manufacturing enterprises were attracted to the central and western regions, accelerating the spatial reconstruction process of China's furniture manufacturing industry. Then, over the past decade, what changes have occurred to the whole spatial layout of China's furniture manufacturing industry exactly? Whether there has been reconstruction among the space of eastern, central and west? By undertaking the transfer of furniture manufacturing industry between China's regions, what changes occurred to Henan Province in the restructure of the industrial location of this phase, and what are the problems in the current transfer? Moreover, in order to achieve sustained development of the furniture manufacturing industry, What measures should Henan to take? For this purpose, we use industrial sales volume, number of employees and other data of 2004--2014 years, by means of the Herfindahl index, spatial Gini coefficient, the location entropy and other indicators to calculate the layout adjustment of the furniture manufacturing industry and mutual confirmed. Whether Herfindahl index, spatial Gini coefficient or location entropy all prove: During 2004--2014 years, China's furniture manufacturing industry occurred spatial reconstruction, showing the degree of interregional nonequilibrium reduction caused by the gradient transfer of furniture manufacturing industry from the eastern region to the central and western regions. Subsequently, the author illustrate what industrial location change have occurred to Henan Province in spatial layout adjustment of this stage and the problems existing in the process of Henan Province undertaking furniture manufacturing industry transfer taking Qingfeng Puyang as an examples. Finally, put forward relevant policy recommendations.
