The pharmaceutical industry is a capital,technology and knowledge intensive industry,quite stressed the speed of technological innovation,because only constantly update,create,improve the technical ability to maintain a competitive place in enterprise in the industry.Innovative technology and results depends on the staff,the role of the talents in the enterprise is more and more important,even is the key to the survival and development of enterprises.In this paper,we study the CX pharmaceutical shares belong to the original state-owned enterprise restructuring of private enterprises,expand very rapidly in recent years,but the salary system in the original stage,ruggedly belongs to the pot,do more and less,the lack of fair and reasonable compensation system to motivate,r&d department,production department and other key departments every year there are many technical backbone,have certain experience of the remaining employees is lack of enthusiasm,initiative and willingness to clear,and added new employees come mainly from recent graduates of institutions of higher learning,lack of work experience and job skills,make a lot of research and development of new products have to put on hold,workshop production is also far less than in production,which greatly restricted the development prospects of the enterprise.CX pharmaceutical research,this paper based on field investigation and questionnaire on the basis of statistical analysis,to explore the current CX company compensation system on its development speed,the comprehensive analysis of incentive theory and compensation theory,on this basis,and contact the actual market and their own conditions and the purpose of long-term development,formulated the new salary strategy the company;Combination of internal and external research results and the results of job analysis and evaluation,established the new compensation structure and compensation levels,explore its salary system and put forward the management mode,give full play to the comprehensive role of salary management and incentive theory,and in order to ensure the salary system,strictly implement the relevant protection scheme is put forward,and through continuous adjustment,finally realizes the effective incentive,improve the whole quality of talents,to enhance the competitiveness of the enterprises,and realize the sustainable development of enterprises.Due to CX pharmaceutical belong to high-tech pharmaceutical enterprises,finally,the paper formulated the development strategy of reasonable compensation,to set up the employee rank and development channels,improve the worker rating,measures such as strengthening the pay culture construction,CX pharmaceutical industry in terms of salary system is the management innovation,perhaps is not comprehensive,but the need of the current enterprise reality,really want to be able to get the popularization and application of modern salary system,this paper further promote original state-owned pharmaceutical enterprise restructuring after the development of private joint-stock enterprises.
