The Research On The Cost Control Of Hunan Happigo Home Shopping Company Limited

In order to regulate TV shopping industry, promote the industrial structure optimization and prosperity of radio and television industry, the SARFT approved a number of national TV shopping channel. With the upgrading of information technology, demands on shopping experience of consumers increased, and the competition of e-commerce industry is becoming intense. Faced with intense competition in the market and increasingly diverse customer requirements, the cost of e-commerce business in the provision of goods and services increased rapidly, and television shopping businesses have no advantage to the Internet e-commerce business, so cost control is particularly important. Therefore, the research on the cost control of Happigo Home Shopping Company, not only has practical significance on the enterprise itself, but also has reference for the entire television shopping industry.This article is based on Happigo Home Shopping Company as the research object, analyzed cost control of Happigo, and trying to find problems of cost control of Happigo and possible solutions and recommendations. In this paper, we found that there are several problems existed in business aspects in Happigo by observation and study such as the lack of a strategic procurement plan, the lack of a comprehensive analysis of the cost of the broadcasting, the service and quality of distribution are difficult to keep up with the market and customer needs, the personnel costs of call center are too high. Aimed at problems existing in the cost control of business aspects in Happigo, combined with the specific sales and performance indicators, we found that the root of the problems lies in the lack of modern cost control consciousness, and the lack of internal control system implementation. Then according to these problems we put forward specific improvement suggestions from the procurement, marketing, logistics and ordering four links to improve the cost control system.This study can not only improve the cost control process system of Happigo, reduce the operating costs, enhance the performance of the company, but also have a good industrial reference value for which aspects the cost control of TV shopping enterprise should focus on.
