The Empirical Study About The Influence Of Chinese Enterprises Participating In Setting National Standards To Their Export

In 2015, China's import and export in goods gross was 24.59 tillion,7% lower than in 2014. The export was 14.14 trillion, fell by 1.8%, import was 10.45 trillion, imports fell 13.2%. Exports in China is facing more and more serious test, enterprises are actively looking for new export growth points, and the standard competition become new competitive field. More and more enterprises participate in the national standards, as a rational economic man, why do companies willing to participate in the standards process? In other words, what is the motivation of companies involved in establishing national standards, this is the first problem of this paper want to illustrate. Second, a large number of scholars study proves that the standard of the impact on international trade both in the national level and industry level has a different degree of inhibiting or promoting effect. So at the micro level, how is the effect of national standards for export business when enterprise as a member of the involved in setting standards, this is the second question of this paper wants to illustrate. On this basis, we found that the national standards that enterprise participate in the formulationf, according to the compiling method, we divide it into specific standards of the state (independent, compiled the national standard of China) and consistent standards (in the adoption of international standards and advanced foreign standards on the basis of the establishment of national standard). This two kinds of preparation methods has what kind of impact to enterprises' export scale? This is the third question this paper wants to clarify.According to the above three issues, first of all, this article expounded function mechanism of the export trade from the perspective of theory national standards establish for businesses. Then build the model of theoretical assumptions for empirical research.The research results show that:first, establish national standards for businesses to participate in the export trade has a significant role in promoting; Second, the enterprise exports sustained period, establish national standards for businesses to participate in the more memory, the greater its exports. Three, enterprise set the standard for consistent standards, can promote enterprise exports increase more. Finally, according to the theoretical analysis and empirical results, puts forward relevant policy recommendations, encourage enterprises to widely participate in the national standards.
