| The power industry is an important core of national economic development. It provides basic support for the development of other industries. Production and daily life were associated with electricity. If power industry enterprises get into the financial crisis, then it must affect the social and economic development. To accurately predict and prevent effectively the financial crisis is an important task in the management of the power enterprises. The net profits of the LS power generation enterprise are negative for two years consecutively. It means the LS power generation enterprises'operating conditions have obvious problems. Its abnormal financial situation may cause the enterprise into a financial crisis. So it is quite necessary for financial early-warning.Based on the reference of the existing research achievement, and according to the specific characteristics of LS power generation enterprises, the article combined with the cash flow index and the traditional financial indicators, and selected 12 indexes which can reflect enterprises'ability of debt paying, profitability, ability of cash obtaining, capacity of development to construct the LS power generation enterprise financial early-warning index system. Based on discriminate threshold, it judged that the LS power generation enterprise is in the financial crisis at this stage. The study on financial early-warning not only identify the financial crisis, but also put forward effective measures to prevent the impact of the financial crisis. Therefore, after the discovery of the LS power generation enterprise being in the financial crisis, in order to reduce the financial risk and the impact of financial crisis, the article suggested four sorts of specific measures to improve the enterprise's solvency and profitability. For example, broaden financing channel; adjust the targeted put forward pace of investment; strengthen the cost management; strengthen the study on development strategy. |
