In recent years, tardiness, absenteeism, irritability, emotional control, guilty disorders,anger and other problems of employees worth considering. Employees are the cornerstone of business, stable and mature employees can save labor costs for the company, develop full potential for the expansion of enterprises can provide an endless supply of power, so the psychological pressure of employees and it became a outstanding problem that human resources need to solve. To solve these problems, companies need continuous management innovation, and thus ease the pressure on staff and implement mental health of employees,Employee Assistance Program(EAP) is an effective method.EAP alcohol intervention program originated in the United States in the 1930 s, the original intention was to curb serious drinking behavior of employees, alcohol may affect staff productivity, and therefore enterprises need implementation of the temperance movement. From Alcoholics Anonymous(Alcoholics Anonymous,AA)to Occupational Alcoholics Program(Occupational Alcoholics Program,OAP), Employee Assistance Program for alcoholism abstain from extending to focus on personal health. As society progress, the Employee Assistance Program gradually expanding the scope of work, family, life, medical and other service projects, enterprises to achieve a better return on investment, continue to train professionals to apply the scientific method to solve various acts of employees and psychological barriers and other issues, and strive to build a stable and healthy working lifestyle.This article is going to introduce the concept of Employee Assistance Program and related theories, Employee Assistance Program Development and Implications for China abroad. Thesis on China's state-owned enterprises and Lan Shi Group lower level employees EAP status analysis on the basis of Lan Shi Group lower level employees to conduct field research, and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire data analysis differences demographic variables analysis, correlation analysis EAP current situation and demand conditions, and the gray correlation degree EAP demand factor analysis, conclusions empirical analysis of five parts. By Lan Shi Group level employees survey based on empirical results, draw conclusions analysis.Lan Shi Group proposed EAP recommendations for lower level employees based on this,puts forward level employees of state-owned enterprises EAP revelation. Through recommendations, can effectively ease employee psychological and pressure, and help to improve the status of Lan Shi Group lower level employees, and promote the overall quality level employees of state-owned enterprises, and improve our country in the Employee Assistance Program in the field of the study.
