With the rapid development of economic globalization and science and technology,employees have to face the challenges of psychological health problems caused by organizational change and cruel competition,thus making them under excessive pressure,resulting in a decline in the quality of work life and negative impact on organizational and lasting competitiveness.Employee Assistance Programs(EAP),by providing training and consulting to employees,helps employees to solve various psychological problems and behavior problems they face,thus improving their work performance,improving organizational efficiency and management efficiency.In recent years,it has been recognized by the society and enterprises and became modern human resources.An important means of management.In this paper,M bus company is selected as the research object.Through the questionnaire survey and interview of the employees' occupational psychological health,the paper studies the necessity and feasibility of the implementation of the M bus company EAP,and puts forward the implementation strategy of the EAP scheme.Through the design and research of the EAP scheme of M bus company,this paper provides a reference for the staff in the work pressure management,and enriches the theoretical research in the implementation of the domestic EAP.This paper studies the work stress and physical and mental health of employees in M bus company through a questionnaire survey of employees' occupational psychological health.The results show that employees are under great pressure.The stressors are mainly from work stress,second is interpersonal relationship,organizational limitations,employees' work stress and physical and mental health reaction.Not optimistic,employees in the five aspects of stress response to fatigue,anxiety,interpersonal communication,irritability and job change are significant,seriously affecting the staff's physical and mental health and work efficiency;employees have a high willingness to EAP service demand,in the service content of personal development plan and personal professional counseling service,The choice of intermediary services and training is the most common way of service.According to the results of the occupational psychological health questionnaire,this paper sets up the expected goal of the EAP scheme of M bus company.On the basis of the EAP researchresults of domestic and foreign enterprises,the EAP design scheme of the M bus company is put forward,and the staff of the M bus company are made from four aspects of the pressure management,emotional management,career management and interhuman communication.Coaching and training.At the same time,this article also from the EAP implementation principles,import procedures,process implementation,organization and culture four aspects,put forward the M public transport company EAP implementation of the guarantee mechanism.
