Recently, with the quick development of economic globalization, technology improvement and fierce business competition, the surroundings of China enterprise experiences great change. It is necessary for enterprise to choose reconstructing way to seek development in order to match the outside environment.The paper used strategic management principle and analysis model with case study method to follow LS Group reconstructing process from 2012. It assessed LS Group's business resources and outside environment used strategic ways to study the whole process.The paper firstly introduces various resturcturing ways or hehavious based on business restructuring conception and restructuring theory.And then,it gives us LS Group's basic business situation situation.Based on the analyses on LS group's macro environgment and industry encironment,as well as the close look at its internal factors,opportunities and threats,Accordingly the detail restructuring paln is made in terms of guiding ideology,strategic concept,portfolio optimization,group control mode,restructuring positioning and guidinh measurement.Finally,it assessed the LS group's business restructuring development strategic performance and preliminary results.It includes Lanzhou new areas high equipment manufacturing base construction,fynctional layout and estate and modern services project and then made periodic evalution. Meanwhile,it looks forward to developing outlook after restructuring.The paper gives the clear development ideology to LS group sustainable development after restructuring. Moreover, it also provides reference and enlightenment for similar domestic state-owned enterprise restructuring.
