The average salary level of China's financial industry for many years be way ahead in other industries, from the data we can know the fact that compensation industry average salary level is about ten times the average wage level of the society. The pay gap within the financial industry employees, salary gap management personnel and grass-roots staff also in more than ten times, compensation management has serious internal unfair, this will bring a huge negative impact to the financial industry enterprises which is during the development. In the state of Gene coefficient is rising, the widening gap between rich and poor followed by, the financial management of industry enterprise salary management attracts much attention of scholars, at the same time the salary reform in financial industry enterprises are steadily. This thesis chooses this topic to pay satisfaction of financial industry business management personnel to conduct in-depth research, hope to be able to grasp the specific factors affecting this group of pay satisfaction comprehensively, and then made the salary management strategies more perfect, to further enhance the promotion of financial industry and enterprise management personnel compensation satisfaction, create opportunities and bring the possibility for the bright future of the financial industry.This paper takes XX bank as sample and derived data from a typical financial industry enterprises, in order to improve as the basic logic of salary management system of the bank management, specific shadow the bank executive compensation satisfaction analysis by using the methods of literature research, empirical research and in-depth influence factor, through the thorough grasp of these factors proposed specific strategies to enhance this group of pay satisfaction. Firstly, Based on the study background and significance are discussed, the topic of the research papers are presented, select the appropriate research methods, determine the direction of the discussion paper, also the same way for the review that the related research literature covered, ultimately selected the research contents. Then the article focuses on the salary, salary satisfaction. The theory salary incentive give a great help for the writing and laid a solid foundation for level of the thesis. Then for the XX bank management personnel salary satisfaction present situation investigation and empirical analysis of the factors influencing the concrete. Finally the influence of specific factors of pay satisfaction XX bank managers, and come up with the proof countermeasures of the thesis.
