Haier group is the world's first brand of white goods,constant change and innovation since the establishment of the business philosophy,has now become a large multinational group.The Haier group in 2005 by Zhang Ruimin put forward the concept of " Integrating Order with Personnel " mode,put forward the idea of the business model and business philosophy of Haier in order to further change.In order to adapt the " Integrating Order with Personnel " mode,the financial control mode of Haier will be change.This change has a significant and far-reaching impact on the future development of Haier,but in recent years,the operating performance of the Haier group,Haier group has maintained a good momentum of development,which brings positive influence the development of the Haier group business model driven by financial control changes to the next Haier group,the financial control mode of Haier group is worthy of studyThis paper adopts literature research method,case analysis method and comparative analysis method,taking Haier group's financial management and control reform under the " Integrating Order with Personnel " mode as the research object,aiming to explore the typicality of Haier financial control mode.This paper takes Haier group as an example,describes the implementation of Haier " Integrating Order with Personnel " before the financial control mode of development,summed up the financial control mode is set in accordance with the centralized decentralization-form development combined;a detailed analysis of the motivation of " Integrating Order with Personnel " under the Haier group's financial control mode change,found Haier financial control mode not only to effective collaboration and enterprise strategy,but also the macro environment is more severe and the birth of the results;and on this basis describes the practice of " Integrating Order with Personnel " under the Haier group financial control mode of change,summed up not only in order to find Haier decentralization based on a combination of financial control mode the characteristics of the unified and perfect organization,and improve the financial companies to strengthen the financing and financing of working capital management and comprehensive budget management mechanism The more detailed planning to strengthen the working capital management and budget management,and then from the financial performance analysis to verify the " Integrating Order with Personnel" development of financial management model of Haier group of companies are promoting significance: the change of financial management model of Haier to promote the benign changes of company financial performance,financial performance and benign change and for Haier to innovate and change pattern provides the source of sustainable.Finally,through the analysis of Haier financial model,but the same is to adapt to the new trend and the change in the enterprise financial management model to explore ideas and provide some reference on the path that the financial control mode must be in line with the strategic situation,decentralization co-ordination combined to promote enterprise benign,sustainable development.
