Climate change is the most serious environmental problems that human beings are facing today. Coupling relationship of agricultural production and climate change obviously, on the one hand, carbon emissions in the process of agricultural production has become the world's second most important source of greenhouse gases. On the other hand, climate change will bring a lot of uncertainty to agricultural production. In Jiangxi province as a big agricultural province and the traditional breadbasket, agricultural production is essentially to mechanized + chemical = "modern mode of production is given priority to, to reduce agricultural carbon emissions, to realize the low carbon development of agriculture is the way to realize sustainable development of economic, ecological and social. In view of this, the research in Jiangxi province agricultural carbon emissions and low carbon agricultural production efficiency, not only is meaningful in theory, in practice, and also can guide for promoting the development of low-carbon agriculture in Jiangxi province.After reviewing the related literature at home and abroad, this paper involves some of the related concepts and theories are summarized. Then on the basis of theoretical analysis of the chemical fertilizers, pesticides, agricultural films, agricultural machinery use, land tilling, agricultural irrigation, animal gut eight treatment of animal manure fermentation and animal agriculture carbon source agricultural carbon emissions of each district city of Jiangxi province in accounting. The results show that the carbon emissions agriculture in Jiangxi province in 2003-2014, on the whole, showing a rising trend, 12 years a total growth of 2.234 million tons, annual increase of 203100 tons; Cumulative growth rate was 19.18%, the average annual growth rate of 1.47%. From the perspective of the composition of agricultural carbon emission source, each region in the city of up to 80% of the carbon footprint of agriculture animal husbandry. Animal husbandry in bovine intestinal fermentation, swine waste treatment, and cow is the major source of carbon emissions, agricultural chemical fertilizer, agricultural irrigation, pesticides in farming is the main source of carbon emissions. Next, on the basis of agricultural carbon emissions accounting by the method of DEA- Malmquist index, low carbon agricultural production efficiency decomposition analysis, the results show that low carbon agricultural comprehensive productivity index in Jiangxi province and frontier technology progress index, annual average 1.041, technological progress is the main driving factors in the development of low-carbon agriculture, changes in technical efficiency. According to the research conclusion put forward relevant policy suggestions.
