Development Situationands Counter Measure Of Farm-house Enjoyment In Zhengzhou Suburb

With the rapid development of economy,China has entered the post-industrial era.In this context,ind ustrial restructuring,urbanization accelerated,industry regurgitation feeding agriculture,the rural problems prominent,all these stimulate the improvement of people's living standards,which made the era of the pub lic leisure time.We found a development mode of rural tourism,which is a combination between tourism a nd modern agriculture.However,unlike developed countries,domestic rural tourism in China is still in its p rimary stage,due to the limitation of development level.With the characteristics of living in the farmers' s a partments,eating farmhouse meals and experiencing peasants' lives,this rural tourism gives priority to farm ers' own operation,called farm-house enjoyment.With the boom of farm-house enjoyment,its management and operation began to face all sorts of development problems,such as lack of unified planning,poor mana gement,low-quality operation and assimilation,single marketing channel and inferior overall quality,etc.W ith regard to the developed area in Sichuan,Yunnan,Zhejiang and Beijing,those operation has formed thei r own mode,which also face diversified research and innovation for investment,evens and activities,boar d and lodging,etc.Therefore,the tourism industry has begun to research the development of family-house enjoyment and its solutions.This paper sets Zhengzhou,the capital city of Henan province,as the research object,focusing on th e development and present conditions of suburban farmhouse around Zhengzhou.Through the interview an d questionnaire survey on the zhengzhou surrounding farmhouse operators and tourists,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the present stage of zhengzhou farmhouse development and puts forward the fea sible suggestions for suburban farmhouse development in Zhengzhou,which learnt from the information pu blicizing in United States,homestay management in Taiwan and the successful experience in the developm ent of Sichuan farmhouse.This paper is divided into six parts:The first chapter introduces the background and significance of selected topic,reviewing the research on the domestic rural tourism,farmhouse tourism,suburban farmhouse tourism,summarizing the results of the research direction,the disadvantage of the existing research,the research methods and the basic layout.The second chapter differentiates and analyzes the relation between rural tourism and farmhouse tourism.Farmhouse tourism is not only at the beginning stage of domestic rural tourism,but in a way has become a kind of the domestic rural tourism and has great potential for development.And suburban farmhouse charac teristics are put forward according to the definition of suburban farmhouse.The third chapter introduces the development conditions of farmhouse enjoyment in Zhengzhou subur bs and makes analysis of the existing problems in the development of zhengzhou suburb farmhouse throug h on-the-spot interview and questionnaire survey.The fourth chapter draws lessons from the information publicizing in United States,homestay manage ment in Taiwan and the successful experience in the development of Sichuan farmhouse.The fifth chapter renders the solutions to farmhouse enjoyment in Zhengzhou suburbs from the govern ment and industry guidance,market mechanism,the operators 'quality,products and marketing aspects,etc.The sixth chapter summarizes the limiting factors and deficiency of this paper and puts forward the id eas of further research.
