Study On The Collaborative Development Of Manufacturing Industry In The Yangtze River Economic Belt

Collaborative Manufacturing is in an open condition,the various elements within the Manufacturing system coupled spontaneously and mutual restraint,exhibit orderly process of combining in time,space or function,forming the overall synergy of "1 + 1>2".Therefore,the process of the various elements within the Manufacturing system from disorder to order is collaborative development process.Based on it,this study put the Yangtze River Economic Belt as theresearch object,11 provinces and four plates of the Yangtze River Economic Belt as the space research unit,constructing collaborative evaluation index system to measure regional Manufacturing synergies from the input level,output efficiency,potential for development,innovation,transportation capacity five areas,using system orderly degree of order parameter calculation model,spatial analysis and other methods,measuring in specific 11 provinces and four plates of the Yangtze River Economic Belt system collaborative orderly degree from 2000 to 2013,and measuring the Yangtze River Economic Belt Manufacturing system overall coordination,revealing characteristics and problems of spatial evolution of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,and proposing counter measures to promote collaborative development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.The main conclusions in this study are:(1)The level of overall coordination degree of the Yangtze River Economic Belt presenting increased trend year by year from 2001 to 2013,but also the level of collaboration in a relatively weak level.(2)The level of collaborative orderly in four plates of the Yangtze River Economic Belt presenting more obvious differences,the level of collaborative orderly present:Eastern region>Central Region>Chengdu-Chongqing region>Yunnan and Guizhou region.(3)The level of collaborative orderly in 11 provinces of the Yangtze River Economic Belt presenting more obvious differences,basically showing "Jiangsu>Shanghai>Zhejiang>Hubei>Hunan>Anhui>Jiangxi>Sichuan>Chongqing>Guizhou>Yunnan "pattern.But its advancing speed of Manufacturing system collaborative orderly showing "Anhui>Hubei>Jiangxi>Hunan>Jiangsu>Sichuan>Guizhou>Chongqing>Yunnan>Zhejiang>Shanghai" pattern.(4)The level of system collaborative orderly in four plates of the Yangtze River Economic Belt presenting the spatial pattern on "East high West low" from 2000 to 2013,spatial pattern changes are obvious.Until 2013,central and eastern regions have reached a moderate level of cooperation,Chengdu-Chongqing region at low level on the side,Yunnan and Guizhou at the lowest level and did not change significantly.(5)The level of system collaborative orderly in 11 provinces of the Yangtze River Economic Belt presenting the spatial pattern on "East high West low"from 2000 to 2013.In addition to Yunnan spatial pattern did not change significantly,the rest of the provinces(municipalities)spatial pattern showed changes in varying degrees.Research shows that:the outstanding problems of Manufacturing collaborative development in the Yangtze River Economic Belt are:lack of mechanisms for collaboration;four plates Manufacturing in area has a high degree of similarity,the fierce competition existing in the region;elements within the Manufacturing Industry has not yet formed a good cooperative systems;problems with Manufacturing Industry place of transfer and undertake which are prominent.To solve these problems,this paper put forward four proposals:First,to construct Manufacturing integrated collaborative linkage mechanism;The second is to mine endogenous power of regional Manufacturing division of labor,highlighting the overall advantages;The third is to promote inter-provincial regional Manufacturing collaboration,promoting coordinated development of provinces Manufacturing;The fourth is to overcome weaknesses,forming a multi-party collaborative Manufacturing development efforts.
