With thhe country put forward the “twelfth five-years”plan about construct a society goal of the resource-saving?environment friendly.This society goals makes the status of energy saving and emission became increasing prominent ? also the photoelectric industry of LED has more and more became the focus of attention.In recently years,LED photoelectric industry is developing high speed.With the strong support on government around the world and those facts that widespread application of LED technology products and publlic approval for LED technology products promotion deiven factors.Althought our domestic LED photoelectric industry corresponding entered a low tide in 2011,the investors still firmly believe the market potential is tremendous and the development prospect is immeasurable.And domestic popularization and application of LED techonology breakthrought ?innovation.the related industry development is continuously expand.accordingly cause the LED photoelectric industry demand for more and more high-tech talents.CX photoelectric company is a typical independent innovation of private scientific and technological enterprises.Pioneered in achieving the industrialization of silicon substrate LED technology in the world,it took a decade to develop from alaboratory technique into the global third blue-ray LED technology route,forming a layout of global silicon substrate LED technology patent,and changing the pattern of the worldwide semiconductor lighting technology,thus it becamethe lead of the global silicon substrate LED technology.During the past few years,when the domestic LED chips in low level excess capacity and the dismal gain,the CX optronics adhering to the principle of high-end route,utilize technical innovation all the way through,theprofits doubled in successive years,full production and sale starting from 2012,the income amounted to $33 million in 2013,as for 2014,the income was $6,0990,000,in 2015,the income is more optimistic.After several years' development,as the flagship--CX optronics,hatched many enterprises as for JR optronics,JJ latticepower and illumination,formed an industry cluster of silicon substrate LED technology in Nanchang,the sales volume has been over a billion yuan.Among these products,JR optronicshas developed into the biggest domestic high-power ceramic LED encapsulation enterprise.But,in front of theinternational giants,the CX optronics still seemed a little weak and also confronted with tremendous pressure.According tothe relevant institutions had estimated that,the optronics will become the biggest global industry in 21 st century.It has estimated that in next 10 years,it will formation an output value of $5 trillion.Take the LED illumination for example,the potential to replace the existing traditional light sources is enormous,even we can say,it is inevitable,at present,only in price and traditional lighting has a great distance,so long as the CX optronics wants to seize the high ground of this tremendous market,it has to rely on it's own core technology,improve and perfect the LED epitaxial materials and the performance of the chips constantly,exert the advantages of the cost.Confronted the challenge,to construct a high-tech talent team with reasonable age echelon,comprehensive and stable knowledge structure has become the key problem of the sustainable development for the CX optronics.Under the guidance of relavant human recources management motivation thoeries,including Maslow's Hierarchy of Need,Macclelland Achivement Motivation Theory,Equity Thoery,Hygiene Motivation Factors Theory,Expectancy Thoery,Capital Management Thoery,an empirical research on status quo of incentive mechanism of high and new technology talents in CX Optoelectronic Corporation in the article.Taking the analysis of the status quo of incentive mechanism of high and new technology talents andc motivation factors as well as degrees of satisfaction as the starting point,through the investigation and research on enterprises,combining the analysis of the development process,features and demands of LED optoelectronic industry talents in China with the analysis of the special features of motivation factors belonging to high and new technology talents,compared with the common staff to find out the exsting problems in the CX Optoelectronic Corporation in terms of the motivation of high and new technology talents and propose strategic advices,by literature analyses,investigations and researches,inductions and summaries.
