Analysis On The Relationship Between Jiangxi High-tech Industrial Clusters And Regional Economic Growth

Industrial clusters can obviously promote the regional economic growth.Compared with the other industrial clusters,the impact of high-tech industrial clusters on regional economic growth is more obvious.Based on the analysis of the present situation of the high-tech industrial clusters and regional economic growth in Jiangxi province,I can find out the reasons for its development,and put forward measures to promote the development of measures.So the article sets up with statistical analysis model.Firstly,the index system of the high-tech industrial cluster effects is constructed.And then using the factor analysis method to reduce the dimension of the index.Finally,the scale cost effect factor,the human capital effect factor and the technology spillover effect factor are selected as the common factors.And then use them and the indicators of regional economic growth to the regression analysis.After the unit root test and cointegration analysis,I got the model of Jiangxi province high-tech industrial cluster effect index and regional economic growth.Through model analysis,it is found that the scale cost effect factor can promote the economic growth of Jiangxi,and the effect of human capital is inhibited.Through the relevant empirical analysis,I find out that the foundation of the industrial development is weak,the enterprise scale is small.Practitioners is of low density,high and new technical personnel team is weak.Because the link between the relevant enterprises and the division of labor is not clear,the degree of specialization is not high.Scientific research investment is low,and the level of science and technology is low.These are the reasons that hinder the development of high tech industry and regional economic growth in Jiangxi province.At the end of the article,four suggestions are put forward.Firstly is the development of advantageous industries and improve the overall level.Then secondly is to build high-tech talent team and to provide intellectual support.And thirdly is to strengthen the parties to contact,improve the industrial cluster mechanism The last but the most important is that Increase policy support,increase R & D investment,improve the technological level of enterprise technology.
