Analysis And Countermeasure Research On The Problem Of Local Grain Reserve In Chaoyang City

Chaoyang City is located in the west of Liaoning Province, Liaoning Province is a typical agricultural city of Chaoyang City. The local grain reserve after 20 years of development after the emergence of some new problems, mainly for the small scale, unreasonable structure of varieties, three aspects of grain and oil reserves supervision difficulty. In this paper, change index method, game theory, public goods theory and economic order model analyzes the above three issues:the use of reasonable scale change index of local grain reserves were measurement; on balance of the two provincial and Municipal Grain Reserve index of task allocation is analyzed using the game; use of Grain Reserve varieties bear public product theory Structure imbalance problem are explored; were determined using the economic order quantity model of refined grain wholesalers insurance inventory. Through the above analysis, find the root of refined grain and oil reserves regulatory problems. Based on and further thinking of corresponding countermeasures, for producing area non Grain Food Reserve opened up a new train of thought, provides a feasible scheme.
