The Study Of Government Support Farmers' Professional Co-operatives' Development In Zhuanghe

Government plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the development of farmers' professional co-operatives. On the one hand, farmers' professional co-operatives reflect their own internal demand through specific channels to the policy-making departments to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of farmer cooperatives policy; on the other hand, government achieve the policy goal of promoting the development of farmers' professional co-operatives by the formulation and implementation. With the use of public management theory and knowledge, policy demand and supply were conducted practical research. The works are as follows:First, the report analyzes the relevant theories of public administration on the development of demand and supply. This paper will find the theoretical basis of government supporting and study the generation, use the power of public policy and economic theory system. After reading a lot of literature on the basis of collected theoretical study abroad organize, view, and to be reviewed.Secondly, research the policy needs of farmers'professional co-operatives empirical:with the author's actual work, guarantee access to the reliability and accuracy of the underlying data, stratified random sampling to select the farmers' professional co-operatives in Zhuanghe. By analyzing the results of the survey and the cooperative obtained the current policy needs, make an analysis of the current policy whereby the supply problems and suggest improvements.Finally, by analyzing the problem, this report presents the recommendations such as reasonable positioning the role of government in the development of the farmers' professional co-operatives, adjusting the current policy supply systems and structures, increasing the effective of policies. Combined with the author's actual work, specific recommendations for Zhuanghe city are proposed by this paper.
